staffing

For your safety and comfort, and depending on the time of your function, we may require the following staff to be on site during your function:

  • 1 x static guard $30.00 per hour (min 3 hours)
  • 1 x Museum of Wellington Staff $30.00 per hour (min 3 hours)

equipment hire

The Museum has some hardware available at an additional cost:

  • Projector & screen from $150
  • Sound System from $150

If you require additional equipment, contact our preferred suppliers:

  • All rooms are accessible by lift and disabled parking is available at the Museum's front door.
  • Room cleaning is included in the hire charge.
  • Room set-up is negotiable. All equipment must be removed to the kitchen at the end of the event.
  • Caterers and other suppliers must collect their goods by 10am the following day.
  • All bookings remain unsecure until confirmed. Confirmation is required at least 5 days before the event.
