staffing
For your safety and comfort, and depending on the time of your function, we may require the following staff to be on site during your function:
- 1 x static guard $30.00 per hour (min 3 hours)
- 1 x Museum of Wellington Staff $30.00 per hour (min 3 hours)
equipment hire
The Museum has some hardware available at an additional cost:
- Projector & screen from $150
- Sound System from $150
If you require additional equipment, contact our preferred suppliers:

- All rooms are accessible by lift and disabled parking is available at the Museum's front door.
- Room cleaning is included in the hire charge.
- Room set-up is negotiable. All equipment must be removed to the kitchen at the end of the event.
- Caterers and other suppliers must collect their goods by 10am the following day.
- All bookings remain unsecure until confirmed. Confirmation is required at least 5 days before the event.
